Training 'Introduction to agile software development'
Agile software development changes the way teams operate in projects on delivering working software. Key characteristics of agile software development are short iterations, close cooperation of all roles, a small, feasible unit of work, and early and frequent delivery of working software. ADP projects operate using the Smart Lifecycle, a structured way of agile software development, using smart use cases as the unit of work.
Objectives
This 1 day course introduces the principles, best practices and benefits of agile software development to the participants, and explains the different roles, stages and steps in the Smart Lifecycle. This course is aimed at project members in all roles in agile and ADP projects, and addresses specifically the changing roles of customers, project managers, developers and testers.
